Orders and compatibility

Product and service orders are subject to acceptance, availability and any vehicle compatibility checks required for the selected service. Where a product is marked “Get a quote”, no online sale is formed until Swansea Remaps confirms scope and price.

Vehicle services

Customers must provide accurate vehicle, hardware and usage information. Swansea Remaps may decline or amend work where vehicle condition, hardware, intended use or legal requirements make the requested service unsuitable.

Pricing and payment

Checkout uses the price stored by Swansea Remaps at the time the order is created. Payment is handled by the selected provider. Bank-transfer orders remain unpaid until funds are verified.

Cancellations and refunds

Consumer cancellation rights depend on the nature of the goods or service and whether work has already started with the customer's agreement. Bespoke, activated, personalised or completed digital/vehicle services may have different cancellation rights. Contact Swansea Remaps promptly before work, activation or dispatch.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Customers remain responsible for lawful vehicle use, maintenance and disclosing relevant modifications or faults.
